在现代化智能仓库中,AGV(自动导引运输车)、AMR(自主移动机器人)与拣选员协同作业的场景已十分普遍。

beyond the warehouse, the application of logistics robots is extending to more complex scenarios. In sorting centers, intelligent sorting robots can quickly identify parcel barcodes and destinations through visual recognition systems, achieving high-speed and accurate automatic sorting, greatly alleviating the peak pressure during festivals. In the "last mile" delivery segment, although fully autonomous delivery is still in the exploration stage, delivery robots have begun practical operation in specific enclosed environments such as campuses and industrial parks, handling fixed-route transportation tasks, reducing couriers' walking distance and improving delivery timeliness. Furthermore, at freight stations and airports, robotic arms are collaborating with workers in loading and unloading, palletizing, and other heavy-load operations, enhancing both safety and efficiency.

The normalization of human-robot collaboration is driven by multiple factors. Firstly, technological maturity, especially advancements in perception technologies like vision and laser radar, navigation and positioning, and collaborative control algorithms, has made robots smarter, safer, and more capable of seamlessly interacting with humans and the environment. Secondly, changing market demands, characterized by fragmentation, volatility, and personalization in e-commerce, pose challenges to traditional logistics models that rely heavily on manual labor. Flexible robotic systems can better adapt to these fluctuations. Thirdly, there is a growing emphasis on optimizing employee work experience. Replacing repetitive and strenuous tasks with robots helps reduce occupational injuries and allows human resources to focus on higher-value tasks, achieving a win-win situation for both business and employees.

Looking ahead, the depth and breadth of human-robot collaboration in logistics will continue to evolve. On one hand, robot capabilities will become more refined, capable of undertaking more complex tasks. On the other hand, collaboration models will become more intimate and intelligent, evolving from simple physical collaboration to deep cognitive collaboration. For example, robots can proactively perceive human work intentions through data analysis and provide timely assistance. The logistics industry is steadily moving towards a new ecosystem of harmonious coexistence and efficient collaboration between humans and machines. This trend is not about machines replacing humans, but about machines empowering humans, jointly building a more resilient, efficient, and intelligent modern logistics system.
